New England’s child welfare systems are committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children and families. But we can’t succeed on our own. Please join us for a conversation about working together to improve outcomes and opportunities for children and families by building partnerships among public, private and faith-based groups, organizations, individuals and agencies.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to hear from national experts about the child welfare system and the impact that a broad coalition of social service, judicial, law enforcement, education, nonprofit, business, philanthropic, faith-based and other organizations can have in keeping children safe, strengthening families and building communities of hope.
Kerry Homstead, Treehouse Community Facilitator, and Sally Popper, Treehouse BOD member, presented at A New England Conversation on Building Communities of Hope that was organized by the New England Association of Child Welfare Commissioners in collaboration with Casey Family Programs. This was a perfect conference for Treehouse to be represented and it was an honor to participate./p>
